Visit a Mill in the Val d’Orcia, a few kilometers from Monticchiello, where you will assist with the grinding of flour and the production of bronze-drawn pasta.
The family business has been producing biological methods since 1992 and for generations we have been given ancient knowledge and respect for our land.
 
Next, we will be waiting for you in the Teatro Povero’s kitchen to cook traditional dishes, such as homemade pasta or Tuscan bread and pizza. You will be able to “put your hands in paste” together with our expert chef who will present you the ingredients and explain the recipes at each step. The experience will end with a lunch or dinner with what has been prepared, drinks included.
